Panel Noise Wall
Scope: Design, supply and construct steel post and composite panel Noise Wall to mitigate the noise generated from the bus depot to adjoining residents.
Project Details:
- 126m long and 4.8m high with a construction period of 3 weeks.
- Hot dipped galvanised steel posts with composite panel infill, painted with Colourbond "Ironstone" colour.
- Bridge footing over existing stormwater pipe.
- Project challenges included working off the driveway of an operating bus depot busy traffic and on the edge of a bio basin batter.
- Compliance with strict council building guidelines imposed by a court cast during the development approval stage.
I just want to say, that despite the hiccup at the start of the job, John and I have both been very impressed on how your guys finished the project. I would have no qualms in using you again. It was really impressive how quick you brought it together.
